Foundation structure

The Constitution provides for a General Assembly and an Executive Committee, with a governing body of at least seven members.

What the Constitution provides for

The following describes provisions set out in the Constitution. It does not describe outcomes that have been independently audited.

The Foundation is presented as an independent community-based social service organisation. Registration details will be published only after a Registration Certificate has been independently verified.
